Welcome to Soutrik.com, operated by SOUTRIK (“Soutrik,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Soutrik.com or any of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. Using Soutrik on behalf of an entity requires you to have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Soutrik provides Print-on-Demand and order fulfillment platform services, including printing, manufacturing, packaging, and shipping products to end customers on behalf of merchants.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Orders & Production
Orders are processed based strictly on merchant-submitted specifications. Minor variations in color, size, or placement may occur within commercially acceptable tolerances and do not constitute defects.
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Failure to make timely payment may result in account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of User Content uploaded to Soutrik but grant us a limited license to use and reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Soutrik for content that infringes intellectual property, is defamatory, promoting violence, or violating any law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOUTRIK shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
