Return and Refund Policy

As a Print-on-Demand (POD) platform, all products are custom-manufactured per order based on merchant-submitted specifications. Because items are made-to-order, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail businesses.
1. Nature of Custom-Made Products
All products fulfilled by Soutrik are printed and manufactured after order confirmation. Accordingly, products are not eligible for general returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in limited cases outlined below.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged during manufacturing, damaged in transit, or with a clear manufacturing defect, we may offer a free replacement or refund. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number and clear photos of the damaged/defective item.
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label.
3. Misprinted or Quality Issues
If print quality significantly deviates from the submitted design file (beyond commercially reasonable industry tolerances), we may reprint the product at no additional cost or issue a credit at our discretion.
4. Lost in Transit
If an order is not marked as delivered by the courier and appears lost, we will initiate an investigation. Replacements may be issued after courier confirmation. We are not liable for theft after delivery or incorrect addresses provided by the merchant.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color, or variant selection by the end customer. Merchants are responsible for verifying details and referring to our sizing guide.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the production phase. Once production starts, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. A cancellation charge may apply to cover processing costs.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method or SOUTRIK wallet.
