Shipping Policy

Soutrik is a Print-on-Demand (POD) platform. All products are custom-manufactured after an order is placed. Shipping timelines therefore include both production time and courier delivery time.

1. Production Timeline

Because every item is made to order, standard production time is usually 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales events, this may extend up to 7 business days or longer.

2. Shipping Partners

Soutrik partners with leading logistics providers, including BlueDart and Delhivery, to ensure operational efficiency and broader delivery coverage.

3. Shipping Timelines (India)

Once production is completed and the order is dispatched:

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Timelines are estimated and not guaranteed, as they depend on the destination city, weather conditions, and courier network performance.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, delivery zone, and selected shipping method. Estimated costs are visible in the merchant dashboard before confirming an order.

5. Tracking & Delivery

Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number is generated and updated in your merchant dashboard. Real-time tracking is available through courier partner links. Soutrik is not responsible for theft after delivery.

6. White-Label Fulfillment

Soutrik provides white-label fulfillment services. Packages do not display Soutrik branding, and the shipping label may show your merchant brand name as the sender (if configured).

7. Incorrect Address & RTO

If an order is returned (Return to Origin) due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the merchant is responsible for reshipping charges and additional handling fees.
